Booking Terms

Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Conditions of Use

No smoking. No pets. Not suitable for children. The guest is responsible for all loss, damage and breakages. Late and early check-in/out can be arranged, an extra fee will apply.
